SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

for the use of Cosber software

1. Subject Matter of the License
This software is provided to you by Cosber GmbH (hereinafter “Licensor”) exclusively for use with the corresponding hardware device purchased from the Licensor. The software is not sold but licensed to you.

2. Grant of License and Restrictions
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on the designated systems.
Hardware Binding: Use of the software is strictly tied to the Licensor’s lawfully purchased hardware device. Use with third-party hardware is prohibited.
You are not permitted to decompile, modify, or reproduce the software, except where expressly permitted by law.

3. Warranty and Liability
The Licensor warrants that the software functions substantially in accordance with the documentation.
Liability for damages arising from improper use or use in combination with unauthorized hardware is excluded.
